Mickey Andrews is the associate head coach and defensive coordinator for Florida State University. Coach Andres has been a part of the Seminoles football program since 1984 when he was named defensive coordinator in 2002 he added the associate head coach title to his resume.

With the leadership and experience of Mickey Andrews the Florida State University Seminoles are the top producer of All-American and NFL quality cornerbacks in the nation. Coach Andrews has also helped guide the careers of two Jim Thorpe Award winners and had an All-American cornerback for 8 consecutive seasons from 1987 to 1994.

Coach Mickey Andrews demands excellence on the field and it shows. 7 of his defensive teams have been on the Top-Five list nationally since 1994, including his Number 1 ranked 1998 defensive team which took the title for total defense and pass defense.
